Happy Thanksgiving from me to you all. Let today be about the people and joys in your life, and eat to celebrate the goodness in life wherever it shows up. Don’t participate in gluttony for gluttony’s sake. There are too many hard moments and challenges in life, and when we drown them out with food and distractions rather than celebrating the good while facing the bad, we dishonor ourselves and our community. Find your friends and your joys today, and get back to life tomorrow with renewed joy and strength.
